Prior to your consultation you will receive an “intake form” filled with questions about you and your personal style. During the actual consultation meeting, we will take time to understand the scope of your project with you. This initial phase is all about learning who you are so we can make your vision a reality.

When we choose to work together on your project, the second step in the process is your approval of our LDD contract including an Exhibit A that will outline the scope of work, a general statement of LDD’s vision for your space and a budget range.

This is where the magic happens. The LDD team will get to work on your space including but not limited to meeting with contractors (if applicable) as well as creating space planning and renderings. We will present packages that will demonstrate Lisa’s distinct design approaches for your space. From here, your feedback is received and any necessary tweaks are made.

During this time, the details for your space are refined and tweaked. There will be meetings between the contractor (if applicable), homeowners, and our team to ensure that all parties are aligned and that no detail is left to question.

During all installations and deliveries, an LDD team member is on-site to represent our clients to all necessary parties and ensure successful completion.
