Lieutenant Joe Davenport grew up in Durham with a hammer in one hand and a wrench in the other.  A young man full of  creativity and ambition opted for a trade school and studied Carpentry at Vinal Tech.

 

Joe eventually opened his own successful carpentry business, where for 15 years he honed his talent and skills.  As LDD Interiors Construction Manager, Joe enjoys helping people discover the untapped potential within their own homes through custom design and experienced carpentry skills.

As a third generation “Durham-ite”, it was important for Joe to continue to build his life there.  He and Lisa have raised their two children in a modest home he built with his own hands. He is excited to begin sharing his time with their new grandson, Flynn.

When he isn’t swinging a hammer, directing his team, or assisting with floor plans and permits for LDD Interiors, he is living his dream as a Fire-Medic for the Wallingford Fire Department.  Joe is also an active member of his community, volunteering his talents and time selflessly over the years.
