Full-Service means exactly what it sounds like. We manage the project from concept to completion, designing your home down to the final detail. LDD specializes in creating unique residential spaces ranging from high-rise condominiums and urban estates to country farmhouses, coastal cottages and more.

While our relationships start with consultations, we do offer the option of an interview or discovery call. Interviews and discovery calls are offered at no charge and are a great platform for both LDD and clients to determine if they are the right fit for each other.

Full Service
Interior Design Consultation
Begins with a LDD Welcome Form
Received prior to the consultation, these fun yet informative questions help ‘break the ice’ as we start to get to know you. During the consultation we begin to understand how you and your family live, what you envision for your home and family, and the overall scope of work you want to achieve. Together, we evaluate each space and review your home's design benefits and challenges. Your vision and design direction will begin to take shape as we collaborate.
Each consultation is unique,
as is each client and their needs.
Topics might, for example, cover interior or exterior architectural redesign concepts, custom art, lighting, finishes, furniture placement, rugs, window treatments, paint colors, or more. Within one week, your consultation will be documented in detailed notes for your review. When needed we might even include an inspirational photo or two to assist in articulating our visions for your space...continuing our commitment to a process that’s easy and enjoyable.
After you approve the notes, we’ll provide a detailed scope of work, budget, action plan, and the design fee necessary to create your dream space. From here, clients choose to move forward to the contract phase of working with LDD.
Time: Approx. 1 1⁄2 - 2 hours
Investment: $1,500* (plus tax)
*this fee is non-refundable.
Travel outside of 30 mins of LDD Studios
will be subject to additional fees.
