Joe’s Lip Smackin’, Sticky, Simple BBQ Ribs
2 lbs pork spareribs cut into smaller sections
1 onion quartered
3-4 cloves garlic
1 bottle beer (dark preferred)
2 bottles Sweet Baby Ray Barbeque Sauce
In a large stock pot place ribs, onion, salt, pepper and enough water to cover. Bring to boil, and simmer 1 hour.
Remove ribs and place in large glass baking dish. Coat ribs with SBR BBQ sauce. On preheated and lightly oiled grill cook ribs rotating and recoating regularly for 20 minutes or until nicely browned and very stickily glazed!
Serve with a roll of paper towels, wet naps, and a Coors Light …. Because Joe says nothing pairs better with his ribs than a cold Coors Light!
