Lisa’s Glorious Grilled Salmon with Berry Salsa
Glorious Grilled Salmon
2 lbs Salmon fillet
Davenport House Seasoning
¼ cup garlic powder
¼ cup kosher salt
¼ cup black pepper
1 cup strawberries, small diced
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries or black berries
¼ cup red onion, small diced
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, very finely sliced into ribbons
¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, very finely sliced into ribbons
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
kosher salt to taste
Make Davenport House seasoning by mixing 3 ingredients and store in air tight container in your pantry for future dishes!
Rub salmon generously with olive oil & sprinkle with house seasoning
Spray hot grill with oil and place season salmon on grill and cover. Five to eight minutes each side should be sufficient, salmon is done when it flakes with fork.
Mix ingredients for salsa… season with salt to taste. Spoon salsa over salmon and enjoy!
